Nadal is serving for set, and as they went to commercial break, they faded out with an anthemic number from The Strokes, “The Modern Age.” It’s amazing how music can just bring up a mood, or invoke old memories. Even with just a small snippet of a song, or sound, a whole lifetime comes rushing back. Music can make us feel victorious, and young again. I won’t wax poetic about how good that ‘Strokes album Is This It was, but for those of us who loved it, we are all well aware it is a classic. It’s one of those albums you put on, and don’t take off until it’s finished. I’m rooting for Nadal, and it looks like he might beat the Greek god of tennis after all…but you never know.

UPDATE: From the caption above we now know that Nadal knocked off Federer…this time.
